Nefer Logistics is not a commercial logistics company providing real-world logistics, transportation, cargo or freight services. It is a virtual VTC (Virtual Trucking Company) and player community operating around Euro Truck Simulator 2 and TruckersMP.
This policy only covers the data-processing activities of the Nefer Logistics website itself. Discord, TruckersMP and any other third-party platforms you may be directed to are governed by their own privacy policies.

7. TruckersMP services
The website may contain links directing users to the Nefer Logistics TruckersMP VTC profile or other pages operated by TruckersMP.

Nefer Logistics does not control the independent data-processing activities of third-party platforms.

In the current version of the website, Nefer Logistics does not use cookies for behavioural advertising, user profiling or marketing purposes.
A technical value may be stored in your browser's sessionStorage so that the information window explaining that Nefer Logistics is a virtual VTC is not displayed repeatedly during the same browser session.
This value is not used to identify you, track you or create an advertising profile.

When there is no longer a legal or technical reason requiring retention, the aim is to delete, anonymise or securely destroy the relevant data.

Nefer Logistics aims to apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data processed through the website against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
Nevertheless, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

The minimum age set by the community for Nefer Logistics VTC membership is 16.
This requirement applies to community membership and the registration process. Merely viewing the website's general and publicly available information pages does not in itself constitute VTC membership.

Nefer Logistics is not responsible for the content, security practices or privacy policies of those third-party sites.
