Culture first, then the wheel.
When growing our team, we value compatibility far more than numbers.
Respectful communication
Insults, toxic behaviour and communication that disrupts the community atmosphere have no place in our team.
Discord & TruckersMP activity
We expect members to stay active enough to communicate with the team and keep up with events.
Long-term team spirit
We are looking for road companions who want to become part of the Nefer culture, not simply wear the tag.
